Training
The plan begins with an accurate reading of your body and the life in which it must function, then develops according to how you respond. Strength is pursued in a way that improves health and remains useful in the long run.
Truly personalized programs to help
you reach your physical potential.
The Method
The work begins with the body because it is the fastest route into the mind. Will may guide behavior in flashes, but the body is convinced through repetition: effort, fatigue, hunger, recovery, posture, breath, and strength practice all speak in the language of the nervous system, whose influence reaches through the whole of physiology. What begins as physical discipline becomes psychological reinforcement; the body initiates the change, and the mind learns to preserve it.
The plan begins with an accurate reading of your body and the life in which it must function, then develops according to how you respond. Strength is pursued in a way that improves health and remains useful in the long run.
Food is arranged around the work so that training has enough energy behind it and recovery can produce the changes sought in the body. Digestion and long-term health set the limits, because progress bought at their expense defeats its own purpose.
Targeted support where diet and output create predictable gaps. Every addition must solve a clear problem and justify its place.
The program extends into the hours between sessions, where the body either absorbs the work or begins to resist it. Stress and soreness guide the next adjustment, allowing consistency to grow from a life capable of supporting it.
The Coach
This is Daniel Cheoreanu. Performance and Longevity Coach, founder of
True Strength Warrior.
I have spent more than two decades training my body through strength work, calisthenics, high-level martial arts, and boxing, as well as, over a decade coaching others through their own physical development. Training has been a great teacher to me, revealing the hard truth that lasting progress is built on discipline, patience, and self-responsibility—qualities shaping far more than our athletic pursuits, impacting how we approach every meaningful challenge in our lives.
I work with men and women at every stage—from those taking their first serious steps toward better health, to the experienced lifter, athlete, or martial artist who wants a more refined system to get better. I will meet you at your current level and help you cultivate the habits, confidence, and self-belief needed to make lasting change.
My coaching is personal, direct, and practical. I deeply care about helping you achieve what you set out to do, but I care even more about your wellbeing in the process. Your body, schedule, stress, history, nutrition, recovery, and mindset all shape your path, and each deserves attention and respect. A good plan fits YOUR life.
True Strength Warrior represents an honest pursuit of personal power.
True refers to honesty—the willingness to see yourself clearly.
Strength refers to personal power—the practice of self-awareness before looking outward.
Warrior refers to pursuit: to act, to put theory into practice. Do not live in hypotheticals.
To me, self-improvement is sacred in the most practical sense. It begins when a person stops negotiating with their potential and commits to taking the next necessary step. No grand display. Just honest work, repeated with care, until the body grows stronger, the mind more steady, and one begins to recognize themselves with earned respect.

Your Report
Coaching
Good information does not always become execution. Even when you know what to do, it helps to have someone watching the pattern, correcting the drift, and keeping you honest. In person, that means direct adjustments, clearer standards, and immediate accountability around technique, effort, and progression. Online, the same standard is carried through intake, written programming, training logs, weekly check-ins, optional form videos, and adjustments through email.
