Coaching

Coaching exists to remove guesswork, direct effort, and organize training, nutrition, recovery, and habit formation into a method you can sustain.

In Person

Direct correction.

In-person work creates a higher standard imposed in real time. Technique, effort, progression, pacing, and exercise selection are adjusted immediately, while habits outside the gym are organized to support the work instead of undermining it.

  • Movement assessment and technical correction.
  • Strength, hypertrophy, and conditioning work.
  • Nutrition and recovery guidance.
  • Clear homework between sessions.

Online Guidance

Structured approach.

Online coaching is built for efficiency. You complete a detailed intake, receive written programming, train, log the work, and check in weekly. Form videos are used when they add value. Adjustments come through email.

  • Written programming and weekly adjustments.
  • Check-ins through form, email, text, or voice note.
  • Optional form videos for exercise review.
  • Nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle targets.

The Coach

Daniel Cheoreanu portrait

This is Daniel Cheoreanu. Performance and Longevity Coach, founder of
True Strength Warrior.

I have spent more than two decades training my body through strength work, high-level martial arts, and boxing, as well as, over a decade coaching others through their own physical development. Training has been a great teacher to me, revealing the hard truth: lasting progress is built on discipline, patience, and responsibility—qualities that shape not only our athletic pursuits but how we approach every meaningful challenge in our lives.

I work with men and women at every level—from those taking their first serious steps toward better health, to the experienced lifter, athlete, or martial artist who wants a more refined system to get better. I meet each person where they are and help them cultivate the habits, confidence, and self-belief needed to make lasting change.

My coaching is personal, direct, and practical. I care deeply about helping you achieve what you set out to do, but I care even more about your wellbeing in the process. Your body, schedule, stress, history, nutrition, recovery, and mindset all shape your path, and each deserves attention and respect. A good plan fits YOUR life.

True Strength Warrior represents an honest pursuit of personal power.

True refers to honesty—the willingness to see yourself clearly.

Strength refers to personal power—the practice of self-awareness before looking outward.

Warrior refers to pursuit: to act, to put theory into practice. Do not live in hypotheticals.

To me, self-improvement is sacred in the most practical sense. It begins when a person stops negotiating with their potential and commits to taking the next necessary step. No grand performance. Just honest work, repeated with care, until the body grows stronger, the mind more steady, and one begins to recognize themselves with earned respect.
